Youngworld, the children's retailer along with 16 stores throughout six states, hired 30,000 s/f for your new three-story location in 37-30 Junction Boulevard, among 37th Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue in the Corona section of Queens.
The retailer has been a section of the community for more than Thirty years, previously operating a new 20,000 s/f position at nearby 37-80 Junction Boulevard.
"They wanted to be inside a more state-of-the-art property that has been more spacious," explained Winick Realty Class LLC senior managing director Zach Mishaan, that represented Youngworld and property owner Jenel Management in the 15-year lease transaction.
Built after the handle had been ravaged by shoot, the new, all-glass construction at 37-30 Junction Boulevard functions 18-foot ceilings and a few floors of retail store measuring 10,1000 s/f apiece, giving Youngworld a different, contemporary home without having abandoning the customers they've served pertaining to so many years.
Your 20,000 s/f vacated by Youngworld at 37-80 Junction Boulevard has later been leased so that you can iconic New York City supermarket chain Duane Reade, which was fascinated with the space for its distance to the subway, defined Mishaan, who represented the actual retailer and property owner Crown Acquisitions inside deal. Duane Reade is currently remodeling the space and promises to open later this season.
"We had to get creative," Mishaan said of the two deals. "Duane Reade needed to be more detailed the subway as well as Youngworld needed more space. It absolutely was a perfect fit."
